Our weather pattern will become hotter and more humid over the next week leading to a more unsettled pattern as well. We’ve had a nice dry stretch lately, so it won’t be bad to get some rain chances returning.
Today will be mostly sunny and dry with highs in the mid-80s and a bit more humid. A southwest breeze will continue to pump in more humid conditions through the weekend.
Saturday will be mostly dry, but we can’t completely rule out a very small chance of a pop-up shower (10%). Highs in the upper 80s and a bit breezy at times.
A weak front will park out over the region Sunday through much of next week with daily chances of spotty showers and storms. By late next week it looks like the heat and humidity will continue to build with the heat index climbing well into the 90s. A good pattern to warm-up the pools and lakes!
