Public invited to June 19 ribbon cutting
NEW ALBANY, Ind. — Hope Southern Indiana will host a ribbon-cutting celebration for its new Community Partnership Pavilion on Friday, June 19, 2026, at 10 AM at Hope, 1200 Bono Road in New Albany.
The public and media are invited to attend. Tours of Hope and refreshments will be available.
Speakers will include Rep. Ed Clere, a longtime supporter of Hope Southern Indiana, as well as representatives associated with the project and Hope’s mission.

WHY
The Community Partnership Pavilion will serve as a gathering space for ministry, outreach, block parties, family engagement, and community events. It will also be used in partnership with Nomad Church Collective, Eastside Christian Church, and Chick-fil-A to provide Breaking Bread meals for food-insecure families across Southern Indiana on Monday evenings from 5 to 6 PM at Hope.
PROJECT SUPPORT
All labor for the project was generously donated by the IUS Theta Kappa Alumni Association. Funding was provided by an anonymous donor and Northside Church.
Theta Kappa and Northside Church will be recognized during the ribbon-cutting ceremony and acknowledged on a permanent plaque at the pavilion.
