The Heat Advisory is back for Southern Indiana and much of Kentucky through Wednesday, and will likely be extended through Thursday. High temperatures will be well into the 90s, with the heat index around 100°+. These temperatures will likely stay just below record highs which are in the upper 90s.
Our weather will remain mostly dry as well with a small chance of a few pop-up showers and storms on Friday.
So, when’s the relief and fall-like weather? When, Ben!??
Well, it looks like changes will arrive right around when Autumn officially begins early next week as a cold front arrives with rain chances, and eventually cooler conditions. Much of the weather model data is calling for a significant cool-down late next week. We just have to wait it out a little bit longer.
