Most of today will be dry, but a weak cold front will bring a chance of spotty showers and thunderstorms to Southern Indiana mainly after 6 PM. No severe weather is expected with this activity.

Otherwise, today will be comfortably warm and sunny, with a southwest wind at 5-15 mph.

Wednesday will be very warm and dry, and a bit more humid, with highs in the mid-upper 80s. A cold front will bring a chance of strong to severe storms late Wednesday night into early Thursday morning. The higher threat of severe weather will stay to our north, especially between Indianapolis and Chicago.

The Storm Prediction Center has Southern Indiana in level 1 and 2 (Slight Risk) out of 5 for the severe threat late Wednesday night.

The front will park out through Thursday night with occasional spotty showers. The front moves south early Friday morning taking the rain chances with it.
This will leave really nice weather for Friday and Saturday, but the next system could bring rain back for Father’s Day Sunday into next Monday.
