It’s going to be a pretty typical summer week across the region with muggy weather and pop-up storms from time to time.
We can expect high temperatures in the upper 80s to the lower 90s. A front will meander into the area sparking storms late this afternoon into the evening.

Severe weather is not expected, but any storm could produce locally heavy downpours, lightning and brief gusty winds.

Tuesday will be mostly dry. The next disturbance will move in late Tuesday night into Wednesday with another round of showers and storms. A few pop-up storms Thursday, before mainly dry conditions Friday and Saturday.
Rain and storm chances will likely ramp back up Sunday.

Keep the umbrellas handy, stay hydrated, and try to keep cool!
