We’re still only in the early stages of this long-lasting polar pattern. For today, expect highs in the low to mid-20s. Breezy too, with southwest winds at 10-25 mph. A few flurries possible, especially for areas to the northeast around Madison, Indiana to Lexington, Kentucky later this afternoon. Stay warm!

Expect highs in the teens and 20s, with lows in the single digits and teens through early next week. We’re going to try to get above freezing by the middle of next week. Even so, a chilly pattern could continue with below normal temperatures through much of February.
As far as snow chances go, it looks like we’ll have a chance of light snow showers and flurries Friday and Saturday, and possibly Monday. Each could provide a light dusting.

Today’s weather history, countdown, jokes.
