It’s not a word we’ve been able to use much to describe our weather this year, but this week is looking pretty normal. So, that means highs mostly in the 80s, with a few occasional pop-up showers and storms. No extreme heat and humidity expected.
The maps below show some of our rain chances today, and we’ll have a similar chance through Wednesday.

Expect a mostly cloudy sky, with below normal high temperatures today in the lower 80s. A bit more humidity than what we had the last few days. A light breeze from the East at 5-10 mph.

By Thursday, temperatures will start to go up a bit, with smaller rain chances for the rest of the week and weekend. Temperatures will be back near 90 Saturday and Sunday.

So, keep the umbrella handy over the next few days just in case. Otherwise, it’s a pretty quiet forecast for August standards.
Have a great rest of your week! -Meteorologist Ben Peine
