Old man winter is in no hurry to head back north. After a cold and dry day, the next cold front will bring snow flurries overnight into early Thursday morning. The cold front will reinforce the cold temperatures with highs only near freezing Thursday.

A quick weak system could bring a light wintry mix to parts of Kentucky early Friday. So far, it looks like this will stay south of Indiana.
The rest of this week looks fairly quiet and cold. A system could bring another chance of light snow/mix late Sunday, and just a little warmer by the middle of next week.
