Downtown Corydon with Janelle Amy

Main Street Corydon Executive Director, Janelle Amy, is a natural at leading an organization dedicated to “preserving, promoting, and enhancing the charm, character and vibrancy of Historic Downtown Corydon.” After taking on the “dream role” in January, the go-getter’s addition only adds to the excitement already occurring in the bustling Harrison County town.

“My time with Main Street Corydon began in 2016, as I was fortunate enough to work under both Catherine Turcotte and Angel Frizzell, our previous executive directors,” Janelle shared in a Facebook post on the popular Main Street Corydon page. “I am a hometown girl, having been raised in Ramsey … and have very fond memories of Corydon within my upbringing. I feel very honored to be in this role, and I am excited for what the future holds! I believe our town holds such significance and potential, and I am happy to be a part of the growth and stability of our town.”
