to public service and has more than 20 years of experience in the Floyd County Clerk’s Office. A lifelong resident of Floyd County, Christy attended New Albany High School and graduated from Indiana Southeast University with a bachelor’s in political science. She also obtained her supervisor certificate after completing the Indiana Certified Public Manager Program at the Ball State University Bowen Center for Public Affairs.
