Parts of our area will have a light wintry mix through this afternoon, while areas to the southwest of Louisville will stay mainly dry. The best chance for a light coating of snow will be up toward North Vernon to Madison, Indiana. Otherwise, today will be a bit warmer with highs near 40°, and a bit breezy.

Streaks of snow showers likely tonight as colder air drops in off Lake Michigan – a dusting possible. Very cold with lows in the teens and single digit wind chills overnight.

Quiet weather this weekend into early next week with a gradual warming trend.

Trying for 60° by next Tuesday! Rain chances return late Tuesday into Wednesday. Maybe we can wash off a little of salt!

Here’s today weather history, countdown, and jokes.
