We’re expecting highs today in the 80s and we’ll see how close we get to the record high of 86°, set in 1981. We will also likely set the record warm low temperature of 63°, set in 2007. Today will also be partly cloudy and breezy again, with 30-35 mph wind gusts. Staying warm tonight in the 60s.
April will start off warm and wet at times. We’ll likely have temperatures hovering around 80° all the way through Saturday.
A front will get closer to our area tomorrow afternoon with spotty showers possible, especially for areas along and north of I-64.
Most of our Thursday will warm and dry, then rain chances will increase Thursday evening into Friday. Spotty showers possible Friday. A cold front will move through with widespread rain late Saturday afternoon/night.
Thankfully, it looks like we’ll be drying out for Easter Sunday, but a bit cooler. Much of next week is looking dry as well.
