We can enjoy the warmest temperatures so far this month as high temperatures finally go above normal in the 50s this afternoon. Mostly cloudy today with a light south breeze.

TODAY’S WEATHER HISTORY, JOKES, COUNTDOWN…

A strong cold front will be moving through the region with gusty winds (30-40 mph) and heavy rain at times Thursday afternoon and evening. Around a half inch to an inch of rainfall can be expected. The rain will move out around 9 PM Thursday night. The severe weather risk is low (level 1 out of 5) for our area, with isolated damaging wind gusts possible.

A quick cold shot of air arrives behind the front with maybe a few flurries Thursday night into early Friday.
Quiet and cool this weekend, then trending warmer with spotty showers toward Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. 60s possible!
