Enjoy the warm and dry weather today, as rain returns soon!
Today will be comfortably warm, dry, partly sunny with highs near 80°. West/northwest winds at 5-10 mph. After a dry daytime, some sprinkles will be possible this evening.
The maps below show the sprinkles this evening, then the heavier batch of rain moving in for early Friday morning. Have the rain gear handy once again!

Many areas in Southern Indiana and Kentucky could pick up around 1/2″ to an 1.00″ of rainfall Friday morning. Thankfully, no severe weather is expected. After the steady morning rain wraps up, the rain will become more spotty in the afternoon, with highs in the lower 70s.

Looking ahead to this weekend we will have comfortably warm highs in the upper 70s, and mostly dry conditions. However, a weak front could pop-up a few showers Saturday.

Summer weather lovers are looking forward to the start of June, and the start of a warmer weather pattern. We’re expecting highs will into the 80s for much of next week. We could see rain return late next Wednesday into Thursday. Let’s get those pools and lakes warming up!
