The Heritage Trail Conservancy (HTC) held its inaugural Brandy Waggin’ Trail Hike on May 23 in Madison. More than 200 people attended and/or assisted with the event, which included a “pooch parade” and awards for Most Special Dog, Owner-Dog Look-alike, Smallest/Tallest Dog and Best Dog Trick.
